My child’s father isn’t who everyone thinks it is. I dont know who my kids real dad is. There are 3 guys it could be. I had never been promiscuous like that before or since, I dont regret my child, I regret the situation itself. I could have had an abortion, could bring myself to do it. I really fucked things up. I hate myself every single day for my actions that one month all those years ago.

As long as the father of the child now is a good dad, then don’t sweat it. Being a father isn’t just passing down genetic material, it also means being able to raise the kid well. If need be, get a paternity test, but understand the actual father might want visiting rights or even custody. It’s hard to say, but if I were in your position, I would tell my child later on in life about this until he’s mature enough to understand the situation.
