I’ve told my mother I wasn’t

I’ve told my mother I wasn’t hungry and that I felt nauseous. I lied.. I just don’t want to get fat. If I get fat, my self-esteem will be lower and my weight is in the 100’s. Anything above 106 is unacceptable.

  • Being over 106 is not fat. I am 5’2″ and 120 pounds, which is perfectly healthy. I had a friend who starved herself (and made herself throw up if she ate anything) This put her in a very bad place. You should consider talking to a counselor or trusted adult about your feelings, it can help a lot! 🙂

  • I am female, 5’2, 204 pounds and happy as I can be. Get over yourself and realize that happiness doesn’t come from being a corpse. You live once. Enjoy it.

  • Do your bmi. I can’t tell what age u r, nor how healthy weight is, if I don’t know you’re height and age. 106 is not an “unacceptable” weight, but rather a goal weight for many. You may be suffering from an eating disorder. Keep in mind, that when you starve yourself you don’t eat you’re fat first but your muscle, and when it gets to the fat eating process, it eats your brain. Not kidding. And when you lose your muscle, like brain cells, it impossible to gain it back. So eat veggies if you’re hungry, with nutrients and next to 0 calories, I think you’re ok with veggies (you can fill up and not gain any weight)
