I manage a grocery store, and I have three cashiers that I have a “special arrangement” with. That is, I pad their hours, and they give me bjs. Oddly, it was actually their idea. I had one cashier who needed some extra money. She had just started at a local community college and the books were more expensive then she anticipated. Before I could offer to give her more working hours that week, she offered to flash me if I bumped up her hours by two. I thought it was a joke, so I asked what I would get if I gave her 5 “ghost hours” on her paycheck, and she got on her knees and said “a b******, right now”. Then she proceeded to do it. When she was done, I went to the computer and changed her total hours worked that week from 18 to 25 (It was a good bj, so I gave her 7 hours.)
This arrangement went on for a few months. She’d work 15 or so hours per week, but get paid for 30, and would come to my house twice per week to make up the difference.
Then she asked if two of her friends, who also needed money, could have the same arrangement. So I hired them, and now I have three young women more than willing to give me a bj for ghost hours.
And the company is paying for them.

That honestly sounds terrible.
If it’s the women’s idea, and they want to do it, then the only bad part about this is stealing from the company.

How is that sexual harassment if it was the woman’s idea? Is she harassing her boss? If they we’re a boss/employee combo, and this was just a guy paying for sex from a more-than-willing partner, would that make it acceptable?
