I have overcome a huge hurdle in basic human kindness, +1 exp and a point in compassion!. I dislike this person’s past, but it doesn’t matter what they did before when they are truly in need of physical help. This person was left helpless after a severe migraine left in in little control of his bodily functions. I was able to help him through the worst of it, clean up, and still preserve his dignity in front of his peers, even after I thought of all of the horrible things. I had to keep reminding myself that if it were me, I would welcome the kindness and care, even though I know that he would not do the same for me. It was hard, that’s for sure.
