So I have anxiety recently and I have to learn to accept it. I don’t know what to do when I have an attack I have one this morning and it wasnt pleasant. I know no one can help me but only me that could help myself. I feel anxious just thinking of it. I just wanna share my feelings.

  • Same. Like it is stuck in my throat and the only thing I want to do is share my feelings. But it just sits in my throat and I can’t talk
