when talking to a person, whether at work, in public, in a group with friends or family, etc… and i realize that someone is fully listening to every word i’m saying, and specially when i notice the eyes starring and the ears concentrating on every sound i make or could make, i start panicking and can’t put 2 proper words next to each other anymore… you can say my words flip trip slip… anyone could help my words stay focus 🙂

  • just relax and go on autopilot. if you really know what you’re talking about, it will come out right if you don’t think about it too hard. the best advice i ever received was from my bff in highschool. i used to be really nervous in social situations and have panic attacks around strangers, and she just said “fake it til you make it”. if you don’t have “it” just pretend like you do and people will be drawn to your energy. now i have fully blossomed into my wonderful leonine potential 🙂
