Im feeling like im going to get kicked out from my school. IM doing a Doctors in Clinical psychology and I am terrified, scared and stressed out that they will kick me out and It’s eating me from the inside. I am having trouble sleeping and I cant relax. So much is changing and I don’t know what else to do. Someone please… Help me…

  • A negative thought enters our mind. We contextualize the thought: is it correct? If we can’t investigate it properly, we continue fearing it. That’s your problem. You need help from someone to investigate your fears. What makes you think you might get kicked out? Are your grades that bad? Did you miss too many deadlines? Usually these fears are unfounded, and even if there is a sound reason to think you will be kicked out, there is always a way to deal with this.

    You need to see a psychologist. They can help you to adress these fears more extensively and resolve them.
