Saw someone who kind of looked like you on my walk today. She didn’t really look all that much like you but my brain misfired or something, I think she kind of wrinkled up her nose in response to something the guy she was with said in a way that kind of reminded me of you. Now that we’ve established that this wasn’t you, and didn’t actually look that much like you, let me explain something. I went into a sort of miniature depressive episode for a few hours afterwords. I’ve daydreamed and bargained for a long time now, and I don’t think you’re coming back. Maybe this s*** today was a preview of what I’ve got to look forward to in the future.
