I am raised by parents who are emotionally and verbally abusers and I am suicidal and self harming right now. I don’t know why but I sometimes unintentionally yell at my sister who are being annoying and it makes me feel guilty for hurting her so I apologize but is it possible to inherit their actions unintentionally?
